Health First AT HOME was founded by healthcare professionals with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, including nursing leadership and a deep history in complex care needs management.

Our founder's personal experience caring for a loved one — a mother and stroke survivor with complex, ongoing needs — brought a deeper understanding to this work: knowing healthcare is not the same as experiencing it as a family.
