What is a
Care Partner?

Care Partners are the heart of Health First AT HOME You don't just provide care you create connection, comfort, and consistency for older adults and families across Greater Boston. Depending on your qualifications and the needs of the client, you may support a range of daily activities including:

Caregiver providing companionship to a senior client
Companionship & Conversation
Caregiver helping with meal preparation
Meal Preparation
Caregiver assisting with household tasks
Household Help
Caregiver providing personal care assistance
Personal Care
Caregiver providing transportation for a client
Transportation & Errands
Caregiver supporting a client with memory care
